Store Credit
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit is issued electronically and can be applied toward any future purchase. Store credit does not expire and may be used at checkout like a gift card.
Shipping & Processing Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect.
- A reasonable processing or restocking fee may apply in certain situations and will be communicated before the return is finalized.
