At Liborian, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States.

Orders below $200 will be charged a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

We currently ship to:

- All contiguous U.S. states

- Alaska

- Hawaii

- APO/FPO military addresses

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to weather-related delays.

Express Shipping

Need your order sooner?

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on destination and package size.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure dependable delivery, we work with major U.S. shipping providers, including:

- UPS

- FedEx

- USPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package dimensions, and shipping speed selected.

PO Box Deliveries

We can ship to most PO Box addresses.

Please note that certain oversized products or specialty items may not qualify for PO Box delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in some regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Signature Requirements

Most deliveries do not require a signature.

Depending on the carrier and delivery location, packages may be left at your front door, mailbox, porch, or another secure location when available.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact our support team.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or other appropriate solution.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Severe weather conditions

- Carrier disruptions

- High seasonal demand

- Customs or security inspections (where applicable)

Liborian is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, but we will gladly assist in resolving any delivery concerns.
